More than two thirds of our business is from repeat clients and 80% of our work comes from word- of-mouth referrals.  By regularly collecting feedback on our enagements, we can better address specific account issues, or adapt to changes in their businesses or the market as they arise. Having a small team, means that we are able to act swiftly and are flexible enough to adopt a different approach if we feel something is not working or can be improved.
